The following General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to all business relationships between us and our customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

We offer tax consulting services, bookkeeping, start-up consulting, the preparation of tax returns and annual financial statements, as well as traditional tax consulting.
Formation of the contract
The contract is concluded by payment on the website or by placing the order by e-mail, telephone or in person.
Terms of payment
Payment can be made by credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, bank transfer or instant bank transfer.
Services and delivery
The AAB of KSW apply in their currently valid version.
Data protection
The privacy policy on our website applies.
Final provisions
Should any provision of these GTCs be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
